Brian,
I'm pretty sure it's tuesday, 2/3. If not then the 4th but I'm pretty sure the 3rd. Since you are new to this stock, you should be aware that PSFT always beats estimates. At least historically. By about .02 though last quarter I think it was .03. I can't believe I'm saying things like "always" with respect to a company's earnings but I'm pretty confident about this one. So my guess is we will see .16 or .17. This company is excellent with respect to managing earnings and even if they didn't have it in this quarter's sales (which I doubt), they can probably pick up the difference out of deferred revenue where there is a bundle. The more I think about it with the split and all I would expect .16 not .17 since that would be more than their typical upside surprise on a percentage basis. I woudn't be surprised to see the stock in the low 40's but then drop back into the 30's for a while. This is a great stock if you can deal with the volatility. BTW, when it gets to the 40's is the time to write the cc's.
