John, - as previously mentioned here, a reverse split to me has usually meant the company was headed toward zero. But maybe not in this instance - 10 for 1 will put the price up to a range where it will look like a for real company. And, if the silver/gold markets are on their way up the reverse split seems mostly irrelevant, because the stock will go up either way. Just some thoughts. I don't see any reason not to vote in favor of it at this point, maybe someone else does.
