I sent the booklet to Lorretta yesterday. She can testify that it exists.

It may be top secret. I will never tell who sent it to me. Never. Of course if a couple of Cubans came along....canary time.

Nice to see ya post. The Commission is alive and doing as well as can be expected.......We are stuck at 10....and the pile grows...as you know.
