XXII - I rang the bell on this scam several years ago. XXII - Unoriginal but still quite hilarious scam. They announced Monday that the CEO would be interviewed Tuesday by Stuart Varney on Fox network. Do a search and you'll see that they made sure the "news" was blasted all over the internet. Come Tuesday and they made sure lots of potential suckers knew the interview had been rescheduled for Wednesday. Come Wednesday, the interview didn't happen and the company has had nothing more to say. Now, these shenanigans should come as no surprise to those who remember the company announcing last year the date when it would ring to opening bell on the NYSE, then announcing that the event had been rescheduled, then going silent when the event never happened. Message 30050503 I noticed today that law firms are announcing investigations on behalf of 22nd Century Group investors. Class action lawsuits are coming.
