Daryn, <<I knew Tri-Star was a scam!>> How do you know that? I was given the telephone number of a principal of Tri-Star, but never called. Do you really think that Herb would give me a phony number, or a number that wouldn't connect me with Tri-Star? IMO if Tri-Star doesn't happen it may be because the parties couldn't come to terms. That could be good for us if it was a bad deal that would screw shareholders. Calling something a scam without proof is reckless. Low stock price isn't evidence for scam.
