David R , from the Zen PEA costs estimate is 411 US dollars , add in rising costs .
700 million is a good estimate .
Factor in the unknown selling price , gonna be a difficult begging process for funding David R

With the last funding results , wish you and your buddies much needed if not impossible funding .
