Hooter, go ahead and post whatever private message you have between me and you ........... as I have never had words with you about putting out an apology for your misconduct.

I'm impressed that you take ownership of your misconduct to this day ........ self awareness is a good thing.

Unless somebody else had control of your Stockhouse account ........ your putting out the apology through your account is clear evidence that you were not coerced ........ I mean how could you be?

You crossed the line and you acted to fix it through your apology.

Reminding you of your apology is not defamation ........ you own the apology ......... it's you .......... you put it out ......... and that's that.

So if I'm understanding you correctly and it's real tough to square your circle ........... you are suggesting that since you put out a statement that would satisfy the criteria of an apology for your misconduct and be acceptable to the company (mitigating statements have to satisfy the other party as a matter of principle) ........... that somehow that amounts to coercion or a forced amendment in your view, hence your putting it out is self defamation and any person referencing your post is also defamation ........... well that is some kind of lawyer voodoo mentality or something to that end.

I will agree with you on one thing .......... you provide comedy gold for sure.
