That's wrong. Surely a misquote. A woman choosing her child's DNA is what women do. They consider male offers and choose the best. They are genocidal. They eliminate undesirable DNA. They select the right stuff. Putting government bludgers and totalitarians in charge of that ptocess is a bad idea. Gene editing is a good thing. Doing it intelligently is what women like to do. Women are not very intelligent (average only 100) so men conduct genocidal competitions to eliminate enemy DNA and increase the chance of themselves being chosen.
