Man the number of lawsuits threatened but never followed through on this board... lol And by the way, fact czecher, companies often get insurance to cover liability for employment practices. It will generally cover wrongful termination. You are correct that most policies will be voided because of fraud but not for "illegal activity" as you say. For instance, ZEN may argue they terminated for causes and AE argue it was not. Even if AE wins, that would definitely be covered by most policies.
