Clinteroo, the instant a company mentions "insurance claim" to protect themselves from a complaint like that a red flag pops up.

That's just not good business in ANY sense of the word, and when that threat gets piled onto "having to take shares as payment for services rendered"....well, there's going to be very few companies rushing in to business with Zenyatta.

About AE and wrongful dismissal, who knows what the future brings, but he will have a beautiful argument because he knew of problems midpoint in the met work about 5 or 6 years ago....all he has to do is quote the 41% H2SO4, Caustic and HCL usage in the PEA.

That's about when he scaled back his rhetoric at PDAC presentations back then and gave boring talks that put people to sleep. He knew what he was doing and played it perfectly. The Zennanites thought he was just a bad promoter...but he was smart, knew the score and could see the writing on the wall.

If AE could have sold the graphite, he would have done so instantly. He's no fool.

So in retrospect, what's worse: not promoting bad graphite, or being accused of mismanagement? I think he did the right thing and will get paid as per the contract.
