--civil servants-- my, what a quaint notion. here in hayek's neoliberal united states, they've been replaced by private sector callcenters... aka hell on earth. nothing like the 'efficiency' of privatization!! oh yeah, and coercion.by phone tree, uninformed/misdirected customer service, and response delays (much like those long lines of previous generations). with privatization's advance, canada will soon have these 'freedoms' as well.
