I hate the way MSFT does business also. This sounds like a biggie though, with the potential to SERIOUSLY affect Novell sales. Why MSFT would flex their muscles as they bad mouth the judicial system is difficult to comprehend. MSFT is in trouble. Looks like Japan's gonna nail them also. I believe MSFT will ultimately be split up. I don't know that I see the difference between the browser fiasco and their position on NDS. They seem to think they can get around their legal trouble by confusing the issues with high tech mumbo jumbo. What they thought they'd gain with their harsh tatics and trying to throw their weight around is impossible to understand. Haven't any of these guys ever got nasty with a cop? They're hot shot attorney and mouthy execs are begging for trouble. What happens when MSFT has to compete with MSFT? It will be interesting. sf
