Now this is strange. I just read that NB Montgomery downgraded IRF from a buy to hold today. I don't recall a downgrade and an upgrade by different analysts on the same day before (except in cases where the stock made a big move after the first upgrade or downgrade). This could explain why the stock was weak going into the close. It's going to be interesting to see whether Gruntal or NB Montgomery wins the battle. I still don't think there's much resistance until it gets to 12 1/4 to 12 1/2 and the short term momentum is up right now. Dan
