<<Len Penham on CNBC>>
I caught it and was pleasantly surprised by Len's performance. He seemed quite confident and I thought he did a good job of explaining how the company had reinvented itself thru diversification. Mark Haines acted stupid - Len explained what IDT does and Haines acted like an MPU was some add on to a PC. I felt like Haines was trying to get Len to say that "oh we are a little company that competes head to head with Intel". Len said that they were now entering into a 27B dollar market and that the future was extremely bright. Haines asked why there R&D spending had dropped and Len said the reason was that they had been spending for the past 2 years and NOW they were BEGINNING to reap the benefits. The final seconds of the interview Haines tried to make it seem that there were some problems (funny business) with the accounting, re balance sheet. I felt that Len did a good job, and I feel very comfortable today holding IDT stock.
