Thats nancy's modus operandii. He walks around with a big hammer insisting each judgement will allow him the ability to smite the oppressors. I look at process and much like a good hockey game, it makes for boring if one side isn't in the game. I see 3 simultaneous strategies running here, if one fails or gets hung up you change the line you don't quit. So scoring does not make you a game winner, its the score when the buzzer sounds that matters, nothing else. We are playing against a team that spears, hooks and trips our players and so far the referee is picking his nose, eventually he will have to watch the game closer. Its 2-2 at the start of the second period.
