Republican threats of a "civil war in 2020" equates to total irresponsibility. I heard similar civil unrest when Trump appeared to be a loser month or so before the 2016 vote was in. Putin loves this type of crap from you guys -- he could win the world for himself without much trouble. All this reminds me of the historic Trojan horse...
