I got the info from Reuters; check the archives back a day or two (I'll see if I can find it again and post it). I say "bullish," because according to the release, this simply completes the reorganization that began with the rationalization of the European-based facilities. The facilities that are being closed are those located on other continents. By the way, as I am sure you noticed, Novartis bounced back today. I will try to find the release now and post it.
