My question is: Is there a significance to be used observing the "bid/ask size changes"?

EX. today CYMI was trading at
--BID ASK bid/ask size Vol

15 1/8 15 3/16 4500x1000 147900

15 15 1/8 10700x1000 298300

15 15 1/16 5700x50,000 307100

15 1/16 15 1/8 1000x1000 329500

times were at approx:7:23, 8:23,8:43,8:59

Can someone please explain what the sizes mean? Thanks. and are they predictive of price changes?
