My last comments referred to the 1996 10K; it was of course 1995's. If
what you are saying re 1995's is true, it probably was the sale of
United Pay Phones (their previous subsidiary); it would also mean they
did have a loss in the 4th qtr (the 2.1 gain for the year is less than
3 previous qtr's gains) which I have difficulty reconciling to. How
did they lose money in the 4th with 17 mil in revenues; supposedly MCI
cost them revenue but I was unaware of increased expenses from MCI or
other impact which would generate a loss. Oh well, we should know in
15 days.
