The Quebec deal is still a go as far as I can see. There was a significant benefit for both companies in the deal, so although neither side seems in any hurry to close and announce it, they probably have no choice. Like everybody, they are probably waiting for the right market timing to announce such significant news. I am sharing all this information because I am tired of watching my investment wither away, while management either a)has no money to promote, b}is scared to sound too positive, or c}are waiting for their friends to position. I don't care which it is, but I've decided to be proactive and get the story out. Purely selfish on my part, but great information for everybody else too.
