Stock has drifted down on fears I presume that the IPO will not go through as scheduled. Last news release was Sept. stating a spinoff this (last) month. And Sept is now gone. Stock price began to tank today and i snapped some up. A little early as it turned out but I am not worried. AOL MSCM stock boards tonight have the deal done tommorrow. The stock should recover quickly.
