Donald,

I spoke with someone at the company this afternoon and was unable to get much information. From what I was able to piece together I get the impression that this is a very recent dvelopment. I do not believe the terms of the financing has even been communicated to the company yet. I believe we still need to see a lot of details on this. I will be able to speak to someone tomorrow who may know more about HealthMed. But the long and short of it is that as upbeat as I remain about the prospect for Lidak's product development I am beginning to feel very uneasy about the financing. My concern is that this has in fact not been 'cooking' for some time but is something put together very quickly. We need more answers and we need a shareholder vote before any dramatic changes in the structure of the company.
