Phoenix Network Obtains Additional Short-term Financing
GOLDEN, Colo., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Network, Inc. (AMEX: PHX - news) announced today that it has reached an agreement with its principal lender, Foothill Capital Corporation, allowing Phoenix to borrow an additional $1.5 million immediately with an incremental $250,000 potentially available by the end of December.

The new capital, which has been structured as a short-term bridge loan, will be used to retire a portion of Phoenix's working capital deficit.
