Sergio, Of course you're right about the insiders and the extra shares. I hadn't thought about that. I told the young lady at ATPX to e-mail (she assured me that he uses e-mail and would contact me)instead of calling, it's more reliable and affords myself and others the opportunity to write down questions. Also, I'm almost impossible to contact during parts of the day, even by cell phone. I find that if I can write it down, I make myself clearer to the person I'm addressing and am able to correct my own mistakes (including my mistakes that others find <g>)as well as having a written record to look back on. I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for not hearing back yet. It may be that he's simply still looking into it? What's your take on SEEQ, has it been thrashed enough or is there a little blood left? Thanks, JR
