I thought that NorTel not only manufactured but also wholesaled other peoples stuff. I thought that they were a company something along the lines of Graybar. If that is trye then they would have to have alliances with other companies on their wholesaling side.

Even if they have agreements with other companies we have seen that makes little if any difference (Motorola is suing QCOM while suppling it parts for the phones in question). Different parts of companies often do that, have agreements and compete at the same time.

Business is a REALLY confusing thing
