severely restricting his intake of carbohydrates and limiting the hours he ate

I've never been hugely overweight, and it's always been hard for me to lose weight because of a medical condition, but I've been on a diet now for 3 month that does exactly that and I'm dropping lbs like crazy. I am just not hungry, and I go for hours and hours without eating. (I do drink lots and lots of water) The only time I think of food is when my tummy starts growling; a signal that reminds me that I need to eat. When I do eat I restrict animal protein and eat a lot of vegetables. I'm also fairly active, but the rainy season is upon us, so it's harder to get outside.

It was hard at first, but if a person sticks to the plan.............drastically reducing carbohydrates and long periods between eating...........it becomes a part of you and your whole approach to eating changes as you adjust.
