One question relates to the value of the assets carved out. What value was placed on these assets and how was this value determined?

I guess I still have a question on how the stuff from NewCo will be sold and how this relates to the sale by ACMI to the same customers. Will there be two salespeople calling on the same accounts? One from ACMI and one from NewCo?
