I note that while an FDA warning letter would show up immediately on the www.fda.gov site, a Form 483 takes a long while to get and you'd have to know one exists to ask for it from the FDA. This smacks of a disgruntled ex-employee at IMMU who is leaking old news.

In discussing it with the ronin tonight, he mentioned that the headline changed (IMMU got a retraction) as follows:

FDA Hits Immunomedics for Data Integrity Breach, Other Violations

Note, no mention of a warning letter.
