It's hard to limit one's self to that little amount of animal protein when you take all animal protein into consideration. Like cheese..............I love using cheeses in my dishes, but have to watch it if I want to maintain the 8-10 oz a day rule.

We eat a lot of salads, and will add a little meat and maybe cheese and call it dinner.

If you can think of any, I'm looking for more veggie recipes. We mostly eat cruciferous vegetables, and avoid tomatoes, carrots, peas, beans and peppers. I do a lot of on line searches for recipes, but I also try to ask friends and acquaintances if they have any good ones they'd like to share.
