Zenyatta announces offering of flow-through shares

Flow-through private placement:

The offering will be comprised oof 7,500,000 flow-through common shares at a rice of 40cents per flow-through common share for gross proceedings of up to $3,000,000.. The proceeds will be used for bulk sampling , environment assessment and community engagement.
