Let say if the Asian countries default the loan, then what can the creditor do ?
A Asia with mess unemployment, long and serious depression is not good for those creditors, which means mess unemployment in US and Europe, probably you will be one of them, and prolong depression here too. So if the IMF does not change its current policy quick, it may not only get its money back but will also hurt the economy of those member countries badly.
It is just a policy of mutual destruction.
