just as easy to go to FDA site and pull it up. Instantly. If its there. I did not see it. How are these guys getting this info from FDA that has not been made public either through a FOIA request to FDA or FDA deciding to publish it? Thats what I want to know. There may be a very simple answer and then again . . . .

curious minds want to know. Would not be a good thing if there is someone inside FDA feeding info to this group - or did someone inside immu, current or ex-employee give it to them? I think it is important to know. There will be a lot of dealings with FDA over the years to come. We cant have people publishing info that was not sanctioned by FDA to be made public.FDA has their reasons, unbeknownst to me, why they dont want everything public. It can also cause havoc with a stock price, panic with doctors giving the drug to their patients, etc. If this is all based on a FOIA request that they honored, Id like to see that request .
