The problem with CYMI is that it was lumped into "semi-equipment maker" group.

I saw on public TV channel the program "investor's week", when a fund manager was asked about which stocks to avoid now, he said "semi-equipment maker" because of asian woe.

The problem with this stock is that there is no institutional buying. All the original big institutional holders when CYMI went IPO all dump their shares. That's why the stock price collapsed like this.

Wall street cannot differentiate CYMI from other semi-equipment makers. DUV technology and its earning potential makes no difference to the fund managers. CYMI=all semi-equip makers=disaster.

What this company needs is good PR. They need to explain to the street the nature of their business. It seems to me that management believes if they can just shut up and work hard, the stock price will eventually reflect its earning. But wall street doesn't work that way.

The good thing is that insiders still hold large percentage of shares, so if some day they wake up from their stupidity, they might improve their PR and their own wealth and shareholder value.

Anyone knows when is the next annual meeting?

CYMI should move to NYSE. They qualify for that.
