Bugsy, I am cautiously optimistic. The company made money in 1993, lost money in 1994 thru 1996. No earnings reported for 1997. The investor package doesn't cover very much, and gives none of the details that you are looking for. The package is about one tenth the size of the one from Thermo Tech. I think that they are holding back. If I were managing this company, I would work hard to make it profitable again, the whole time keeping my mouth shut,(they may have done this in 1997). Then I would slowly accumulate as many shares as I could at depressed prices. When the Co. turned profitable again, and I was sure that the earnings could be sustained and increased, I would then turn on the publicity blitz and make a fortune.
Like you, I think that if earnings come in anywhere near the projected
$.14 a share this year, the stock will skyrocket. By comparison, look at the price of Thermo Tech. and Trooper shares (neither of which have positive cash flow yet). At $.25 to .30 a share, I believe that with a small investment, the potential payoff is huge and well worth the risk.
