Hi Scott,

That's not marketing. It's a debate. Debates do not sell products. How many Microsoft customers ran right over to Novells web site to see what Novell had to say about it?

There are only two questions customers want to hear answered:

1.Does it work?

2.Will you fix it if it breaks?

K.I.S.S

Customers DO NOT want to hear this "Billy hit me with a rock." "Did not!" "Did so!" "He's lying!" "Am not!" "Is too!" kind of crap. The only good thing about it, is that it's in a place where no potential customers will see it.

What a wide open sweetheart of an opportunity for Novell to crack Microsoft wide open through the back door. Give their customers a directory now and 100% support for NT. Everytime they call up with a problem you can tell them, "Yep, that's something that happens a lot with Microsoft products. Here's how to fix it." On the next round what OS will they buy?

It really is a mystery to Novell why their sales continue to decline isn't it?

Regards,

Don
