Pehl and Management have re-iterated at every level that all is on schedule to internal timelines... Internal timelines I would presume are the same as those they indicted publically as the timeline.. By Jan 20..

So I would assume that unless something has changed since that last update, the latest we will see is "The Date". However, IMO it is by year end.. acutally was betting on by Dec 20th with calls, with shares investing for the future.
