Audited Financials Watch

<<I talked to Ira late today to see what was going on.
He said they still plan on closing the large acquisition deal shortly and he still plans
on having the audited financials done by Feb 1. He said they are working feverishly
to get all the auditing done on Myriad and for the 10K.>>
