Chris,

Not fish, just a rebound from a pivotal trendline (the ACT as it is known) that predicates the impossible line (IL). When a stock violates the IL it has a great tendency to return to the ACT. When it finally gets there, a rapid rebound ensues. As RADAF came within 1/16 of the ACT on Wed, I bought it.

The same dynamic has played out on many stocks I have followed. You have to be able to seperate charting from TA since buy signals can occur in one without showing up in the other. Another strategy that demonstrates this is what is called the Post Gap Dead Cat Exhaustion Bottom (PGDCEB).

The best place for entry to a PGDCEB is toward the end of the signal day as the bid ticks up once or twice toward the close. All entry requirements must be present.
