Ben,

I just checked MS Investor, and the percentage of Cymer stock that is owned by institutions is 31%. I don't know if this has changed over the past few months or not. It doesn't look as though 31% is very high compared to other semi companies, that range from about 50% to 80%. But, I guess that's not surprising, considering how the stock has been doing since September.
