I just talked with Gene. In very explicate, only suitable for a guys locker room words, and truthful (IMHO) from his heart he expressed that he has never old one share. And, he shared that until very recently he was not permitted to sell any shares. He also says the stock may decline while the SEC investigates. This is a buying opportunity if you have some cash to invest.
