hello louel, I do not for a moment believe we are not talking about citizenship or residency.

We are talking about whether USA laws can be applied to foreigners in other lands for having allegedly done things in other lands.

Question: can a NYC prosecutor be arrested while vacationing in Mexico based on arrest warrant issued in Beijing and red-flag notified to Interpol, for having violated human rights by arranging kidnap of Chinese lady vacationing in Vancouver based on whatever frivolous allegations w/r to acts done in HK to a London-HK based bank where the bank has not filed a complaint.

your take seems to be yes.

If so, Canada should not complain about its citizens being arrested in China for having violated Chinese laws, yes?

What about all hemp users testing positive at all border points being extradited to Indonesia for a fair, transparent and speedy trial? Your take should also be yes. If no, why not?
