James, Your post gave me a really wacky thought, what if Intel pulled a DEC transaction, that is bought AMD's manufacturing and started making K6's for AMD to market? Actually makes sense from a business perspective, who better to initiate .25 micron process effectivly? DOJ might have a small problem with this... John
