IMO - there is no good reason to buy any new shares of NNVC unless and until they actually start toxicity testing AND actually obtain an unambiguous license agreement for the shingles-specific disease treatment. Nobody in their right mind who's not a shady financer will put money into NNVC until those facts are remedied. If they actually get those two things done THEN it might be a stock with some upside again.
