-- SYCR definitely wants to be on the AMEX or NASDAQ National.

-- Right now, last I checked, SYCR doesn't meet the capital requirements.

-- I think 12/31/97's results are going to speak volumes. If good, look for the stock price to soar. If not, we're in trouble and we'll be lucky to maintain $1.25.
