Hi Robert, I believe PVF meets at least 3. They have about 28 million shares and trade at .68. PVF has about 14 mil in cash. I believe that their au property in Indonesia is getting close to 1 mil drill proven oz. Adrian Lugan is over their now trying to get a jv on the property. PVF also has alot of property in Argentina, a jv with Canabrava on diamonds in Brazil and Canada, a jv with Ashton in NWT, and an oil and gas play in Texas.
