December 2 News Release
Announces Spudding of Long Valley Nevada Well
Western Logic Resources Inc. (VSE-"WLT") is pleased to announce that the Long
Valley Nevada Bugs #1 well has been spudded and surface casing set. Drilling
operations will commence upon the arrival of the deep drilling rig which is currently
finishing operations on its current location.
Announces Grant of Options
Western Logic Resources Inc. (VSE-"WLT") announces that the Board of Directors
has authorized options to acquire common shares of the Company to the Company's
Directors, Messrs. Murray A. Cayley and N.
Desmond Smith, in the amount of 350,000 shares each, at a price of $0.22 per share.
In addition, John N. Campbell, President, is authorized by the Board of Directors to
issue up to a maximum of 25,000 share options, at current prices as determined by
Regulations, to employees and consultants.
