Discover Brokerage (I still call them Lombard) will let you do that. Here is their demo page address:

Fidelity's WebExpress does, too:

personal32.fidelity.com:80/trade/index.html

but Discover's site is faster and the structure of their site is much more logical and direct. You can, for example, get a quote and then move directly to the order screen. With Fidelity you have to back out of the quote page to your portfolio and then call up an order screen.
