Market risk has been subsiding since the early 2018 peak.


The "ValuWave" is constructed from the inverse of Value Line's "Appreciation Potential" reported in their Summary and Index section each week. Median value is around 44% suggested cash for individual company stocks. High risk is a little above 50% and low risk is 36% and below.
For use with mutual funds or exchange traded funds, divide the v-Wave by 1.5. That puts bearish at 34% suggested cash and bullish at 24% and below.
