To All... I posted the following on "Yahoos" message board: To our -AIPN's- spokes person/persons Could one of you please explain in a way that isn't confusing "WHAT" the following "Form 4 -&- Form 144" "SELLS mean.. I can tell "You" it certainly-certainly "NOT" Christmas needs.... These showed up on the weekly "Insiders" list for the Week of 1-16-98 Two people the "Chairman" and a "Officer sold on Form 4, 75,000 shs they received $321,300, the share were sold week 12-2-97 and 12-11-97 at $4.28 per share One person the Pre-or-C.E.O. sold on form 144, 240,669 shs and he received $1,145,000, at a price of $4.76 I guess it could be "travel money and "bribe money" for the Katz's, since the are dollar short and looking for the best deal.... I think it "KINDA" stinks someone earlier posted that "Faris" would be back 1-31-97, a Saturday, also after January...where is the annoucments? bobgh
