BigKNY: I have no doubt you've researched Viagra as much as possible.My contention is that not enough data is available for anyone to thoroughly make an accurate appraisal of the product.I find it difficult to believe this is a useful therapy simply based on an understanding of physiology and pharmacology.It would take me an hour to explain my argument and since I type at 10 words a minute I'll pass.
When the data is formally presented we'll all have a better chance of evaluating its potential.

PS.If you do understand the science tell which organs recieve the majority of the blood flow and how this influences drug distribution.
Also are you familiar with the PDE system ,the distribution of these enzymes and the effects of systemically inhibiting them .Do you believe sildenafil is specific for PDE5 sites only and no other PDE inhibition will occure?
